Appointments and Cancellation
Throughout the year I have different types of students that have different needs (sometimes special needs)
and different schedules and I attempt to accommodate every student to the best of my ability.
I do commute to different locations to tutor the above students and therefore need to carefully coordinate
my schedule according to the needs and location of each student.
Tutoring is a seasonal work with limited hours and in order for me to stay in business and offer my students
a great service and yet at affordable rates, I would appreciate it if the student or the parent that makes
an appointment consider the following:
- Please make an appointment only if you are fairly certain that you will show up for the appointment.
In other words, avoid making tentative appointments before checking your schedule.
- Once you make an appointment, life is full of surprises and let�s say you have an urgent matter and
need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment so I can try to
schedule another student.
- If you have to cancel in less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time and date, there�s
a $30 cancellation fee due at the next tutoring session; it�s nobody�s fault and is the standard in this
industry and similar businesses as well.
